About the Workshop

Most of us spend our lives looking at the world through a lens we didn't choose — shaped by patterns of thought, emotion, and instinct that run beneath our awareness. The Enneagram is one of the most profound maps we have for understanding those patterns, and more importantly, for finding a way through them.

The Three Centres
of Intelligence

Each of the nine Enneagram types is rooted in one of three Centres of Intelligence. Each carries its own wisdom, its own way of perceiving the world — and its own characteristic way of going wrong. Learning to recognise all three, and how they relate within you, is some of the most transformative inner work there is.

01 ——
The Body Centre
Types 8, 9 & 1

The intelligence of instinct, presence, and right action. Its wisdom is groundedness; its challenge is that instinct can become reactive, and presence can narrow into control.

02 ——
The Heart Centre
Types 2, 3 & 4

The intelligence of feeling, empathy, and authentic identity. Its wisdom is genuine compassion; its challenge is that emotion can become image, and connection can become performance.

03 ——
The Head Centre
Types 5, 6 & 7

The intelligence of thought, perception, and inner guidance. Its wisdom is clarity and trust; its challenge is that thinking can become anxious strategy, and insight can become a substitute for presence.

Teaching, experience, and tools you'll actually use.

This workshop combines grounded teaching with four guided meditations — designed not just to explain the Enneagram, but to help you feel it. You leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and practices you can return to. No prior knowledge needed.

Paul is a therapeutic coach working at the intersection of body, mind, heart, and soul. Drawing on a long background in fitness coaching, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic work, he brings an integrated, no-nonsense approach to helping people understand themselves more honestly — and live more fully from who they actually are.

He has worked with the Enneagram for years, both as a personal practice and as a tool with clients. This workshop draws primarily on the teachings of Russ Hudson, and is influenced by many other teachers and practitioners of the Enneagram — and is designed to offer something beyond the familiar: not just the map, but the direct experience of inhabiting it.
